The Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA) is standard for all crewed sailing packages.
The APA deposit is assessed on your invoice before departure and covers all standard expenses for your crewed yacht charter, including fuel, food & beverages, mooring fees, and other expenses not included in the charter fee. Managing these fees ahead of time is more convenient and allows you to enjoy your fully crewed charter without fussing over logistics.
Your captain is responsible for accounting for all actual APA expenses during the charter. A fully itemized breakdown will be presented to you at the end of the charter.
If the actual APA expenses during your crewed yacht charter in the BVI are less than the APA deposit, the difference is refunded to you after the charter.
If the actual APA expenses are more than the APA deposit, the difference is due to you at the conclusion of the charter. Again, this is a convenience that allows each day of your fully crewed charter to be spent in complete enjoyment and relaxation during your trip, rather than setting aside time each day to review, manage, and pay for expenses that are variable but unavoidable.

When clicking on the „Book now“ button you will be taken to the checkout pages where we will require your personal data in order to book a yacht. You can pay either with a credit card in one or more monthly installments or you can choose bank transfer and pay upon receiving the offer via bank transfer.
When you click to send an inquiry, we will ask for personal data and the Booking manager will answer the inquiry you might have or send you a personalized offer.

Navigare Yachting is certified by the Yacht Pool financial insurance certificate. It is proof of the company’s solvency, financial stability as well a financial guarantee of payments made by the customers. We made sure that online payments are secured by the HTTPS protocol using encrypted credit card data. We do not collect nor have insight into the credit card data of our customers, as they are transferred directly to the payment processor. For our payment gateway, we cooperate with WS Pay, and Six Payment is the company in charge of our payment processing.
The Damage Waiver is optional but mandatory for all skippered charters. It reduces the security deposit payable at the base and is highly recommended.
To enjoy your sailing holidays to the fullest we offer optional extras (add-ons) that you can add to your charter. Optional extras depend on the chosen destination, and you can book them online. Optional extras differ by destination and include additional yacht equipment (water toys, stand-up paddle, railing net, etc) as well as services like skipper and hostess, permits & transfers. You can check which extras are available by clicking “Edit Extras” or “Add+” next to the “Optional Extras” in the right widget and choosing which one you would like to include.
