Bali Catamarans is part of the renowned French boat builder Catana Group, a world-leading shipyard with over 30 years of boat manufacturing experience. The Bali range of catamarans builds on Catana's success in the performance class, with daggerboards and carbon fiber for instance to improve the sailing ability. When launched in 2014, the vision of Bali Catamarans was to satisfy the demand for a faster, lighter, and even more comfortable cruising catamaran. Under the leadership of Catana Group founder and owner, Olivier Poncin, Bali was bound to become the most modern catamaran out there through innovative design and unconventional concepts. Since their launch, Bali Catamarans have drawn significant advantages from all the innovations and R&D investments of the Catana Group. Today, Bali Catamarans have become a class of their own!
The Bali Catamarans range includes the following sailing catamaran models: Bali Catsmart, Bali Catspace, Bali 4.2, Bali 4.4, Bali 4.6, Bali 4.8, and its flagship the Bali 5.4. All models offer several variations to choose from regarding the number of cabins, heads, and additional equipment. The power catamaran models include Bali 4.3 M/Y and Bali Catspace M/Y.
All models share the following features, that are now part of the Bali DNA, such as a rigid front deck with a spacious forward cockpit well protected from spray (instead of a trampoline), the Bali sliding windows on either side of the salon, and the tilt-and-turn doors (often referred too as garage doors) that slide up and recess in the ceiling of the salon to open the inside space to an extended outdoor aft lounge.
The Bali range is also synonymous with a high level of comfort, full-size refrigerators, and a spacious floor plan. The 40 ft Bali Catspace is the first model in the size range of the Bali fleet to offer a flybridge. Finally, all models from the Bali 4.2 and up have a convenient front door leading from the salon to the forward cockpit.
