Terms and Conditions
Be sure to review our general terms and conditions which will be part of your contract once you confirm your booking with Navigare Yachting.
Payment Terms
A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining 70% of the charter value to be paid no later than 60 days before the departure date.
If cancellation occurs 60 days or more before embarkation, NY has the right for the retention of 30% of the charter fee. If cancellation occurs 59 days or less before embarkation, NY has the right for the retention of 100% of the charter fee.
Once a reservation has been confirmed, discounts cannot be changed.
Payment Methods
Navigare accepts payment by credit card, ACH or wire transfers, and checks.
Budgeting for Your Charter
Yacht fuel is not included. Prepare to pay for your provisions, any refills of water for the vessel and ice for your coolers, as well as mooring/docking fees.

If we were unable to address a claim at the base at the start of your charter, or during the charter if a breakdown of equipment occurred, please send us more information along with your booking ID so we may research the issue and propose a resolution.
