This yacht has been operated and well-maintained by Navigare Yachting in our charter fleet, first in Greece 4 seasons and then Seychelles for 2 seasons. A full service history and service book is available, with detailed information of all maintenance performed on the vessel. The mast and sails were replaced in October 2022. In April 2024 a main engine and generator service was performed according to our annual maintenance plan.

Navigation & Safety:

This Lagoon 52F is equipped with high-end navigation and safety systems, including AIS, autopilot, bow thrusters, 4 electric winches, a GPS chart plotter both in the cockpit and at the helm, LED navigation lights, and a radar. The VHF radio ensures constant communication for safe navigation.


Yacht Electrics:

Enjoy unparalleled comfort with air conditioning, heating, and a generator ensuring a cozy atmosphere no matter the temperatures outside. The yacht is equipped with two battery chargers, an electric bilge pump, a DSC station, an inverter, service batteries, a shore connection of 220 V, a water heater, and a watermaker desalinator for fresh water supply.

Deck & Exterior:

The deck equipment includes an anchor with a winch remote control and electric windlass, a bathing platform with a swimming ladder, a bimini top for shade, and an extra outdoor fridge in the cockpit. The Lagoon 52F, as the model name suggests,  has a flybridge! Giving you not only an ideal lookout spot when manoeuvring, but also the perfect place to gather and enjoy the stunning views.  “Jema II” has a teak deck in the cockpit and underwater lights for evening ambiance. Galley:

The fully equipped galley features a dishwasher, microwave, oven, two refrigerators with a capacity of 210 liters each, and two additional freezers of 100 +180 liters.

Interior:

The interior is designed for comfort and convenience, the 5 spacious cabins each have their own private bathroom with electric toilets. Three of the cabins are very similar in size, and have what you would call a “dry head”, meaning that the shower is separated from the toilet. One of the cabins has bunk beds, and the bathroom is a “wet head”, where the toilet and the shower are not separated. The last cabin is bigger than the rest, it could be considered a owners cabin, with a lot more floor and closet space compared to the rest. Not only does it have a dry head, the shower is even separated all together from the toilet, in its own section.
