Be sure to review our general terms and conditions which will be part of your contract once you confirm your booking with Navigare Yachting.
The Seychelles Ministry has announced the introduction of a Tourism Environmental Sustainability Levy, which will come into effect on 1st August 2023.
Guests embarking on charters from this date will be required to pay approximately 7 € per passenger, per night, payable locally on arrival at our base in the Seychelles. This charge is mandatory and applies to all charters and is entirely outside of our control.
- The adequate license, passport number, and crew list should be made available to the base one week before departure to apply for the obligatory departure notice.
- The Base will issue 3 reminders and failure to submit in time will result in delay for departure. For departures on the weekend, delay can prolong till Monday.
- The Authority imposes a Departure Notice 48 hours before departure. Saturday and Sunday are not working days.
- In the event the certificate is not in English or French a translation must accompany it.
Payment Terms
A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining 70% of the charter value to be paid no later than 60 days before the departure date.
If cancellation occurs 60 days or more before embarkation, NY has the right for the retention of 30% of the charter fee. If cancellation occurs 59 days or less before embarkation, NY has the right for the retention of 100% of the charter fee.
Once a reservation has been confirmed, discounts cannot be changed.
Payment Methods
Navigare accepts payment by credit card, ACH or wire transfers, and checks.
Budgeting for Your Charter
Yacht fuel is not included. Prepare to pay for your provisions, any refills of water for the vessel and ice for your coolers, as well as mooring/docking fees.
Security Deposit
A security deposit for the boat is required prior to departure. The deposit will be taken at the base via credit card.

If we were unable to address a claim at the base at the start of our charter, or during the charter if a breakdown of equipment occurred, please send us more information along with your booking ID so we may research the issue and propose a resolution.
