Payment Terms
Your charter must be paid in half at 120 days pre-departure and paid in full no later than 40 days pre-departure.
It is our company policy to offer preferential terms to those of our clients who book online. These clients are usually seasoned charterers who do not require the assistance of booking agents: they do their own research, review quotes, and place their booking online.
Payment Methods
Navigare accepts payment by credit card, ACH, or wire transfers, and checks.
Budgeting for Your Charter
Yacht fuel is not included. Prepare to pay for your provisions, refills of water for the vessel, ice for your coolers, and mooring/docking fees. Water rates vary from $0.25 to $0.75 per gallon.
Fuel prices are about $6 per gallon. Most charter guests who sail primarily will spend about $200 for a week. Guests that motor a lot and use the generator and A/C most of the time could spend as much as $600 for a week.

If we were unable to address a claim at the base at the start of your charter, or during the charter if a breakdown of equipment occurred, please send us more information along with your booking ID so we may research the issue and propose a resolution.
