Why charter in the BVI in 2024?

Our popular British Virgin Island base in Tortola has been a favorite among our charter guests for years, and it’s not without reason. While the white sandy beaches, clear turquoise water, and delicious fresh seafood set the ambiance, we can assure you that the Caribbean vibes are not the only reason for our customer’s satisfaction. Our base staff and beloved crew members go the extra mile to make your charter experience the best it can be and they work hard year-round to keep all the yachts in spotless condition. All their hard work was rewarded last year with a TripAdvisor Traveler’s Choice Award, so you are in award-winning hands at our BVI base.

Navigare Yachting is proudly welcoming 21 brand-new luxury yachts to our Tortola fleet in 2024. The new yachts are sailing catamarans ranging from 40-55 feet from world-famous yacht brands such as Lagoon, Bali, and Fountaine Pajot, and a sailing monohull from Beneteau at 56 feet. These luxury yachts are already available for booking on our website, and they’re in very high demand among our charter guests. Hurry up and book your desired week on one of these luxurious new boats today.

Another great reason to book your yacht charter now is the recent drop in airfares for the Caribbean. If you are flying from the US, we recommend flying to St. Thomas in the USVI and taking the ferry from there to Tortola (BVI). We have discovered that airfare will likely be much lower if you fly to the USVI instead of the BVI.

In addition to lower airfare, we also highly encourage you to take advantage of our current incredible booking deals to save big on your next BVI yacht charter. We currently offer up to 40% off charters in the British Virgin Islands when you book before the end of February, so don’t delay and book your getaway now.

Why charter in the Bahamas in 2024?

You might have noticed the recent media attention directed at the Bahamas because of an increase in local gang crimes in Nassau, and the travel advisory level 2 issued by the US Department of State, implying that travelers should “exercise increased caution”. While there have been crimes reported in the last few weeks in the Bahamas, we’d like to set the record straight and provide a few words of reassurance.

First of all, the Bahamas is a beautiful group of islands that offer everything typical of a Caribbean vacation. If the Bahamas is your first choice of destination for your yacht charter, congratulations, you’ve made an excellent choice! It’s the perfect setting for a getaway in paradise. Imagine pristine white beaches, crystal clear water, great snorkeling, ambient waterfront beach bars and restaurants, and the rare sight of breathtaking untouched nature, like these Instagram-worthy sandbars. We recommend our award-winning Bahamas destination as highly in 2024, as we did in 2023!

The Bahamas has had a level 2 travel advisory in place for years, so the recent slight increase in crimes has not given cause to an increased level of safety risk for tourists according to the Department of State. The crimes are committed by gangs and happen in areas that tourists are unlikely to visit, and as such, they primarily affect the local population. Whether you sail onboard one of our luxurious yachts or stroll the islands, you will feel as safe in the Bahamas as in any of our other destinations.

Our Navigare Yachting Bahamas destination boasts an impressive 5.0 stars rating on TripAdvisor and was another proud recipient of TripAdvisor’s Traveler’s Choice Award in 2023. Our Bahamas base’s success stems from the meticulous maintenance work by the base staff and the willingness of our Bahamas staff and crew alike to always go above and beyond for our charter guests.

Oh and by the way! The current promotion of up to 40% off is valid for the Bahamas as well as the BVI, so take advantage of it while you have the chance!

Why charter in St. Martin in 2024?

We are opening a brand new base in 2024 at Fort Louis Marina in St. Martin, and we could not be more excited about it! The official opening and first departures are set to take place at the end of the year, and we already have 8 brand-new yachts available to book on our website. Consider this your early VIP invitation to start booking these yachts before the rest of our charter guests latch on to the news and rush to reserve these luxurious boats. The buzz has already started to build, so it’s best to book early as our new St. Martin base is sure to sell out for 2024!

The yachts set to arrive in St. Martin this year are sailing catamarans between 40-46 feet from the renowned yacht brands Bali Catamarans and Lagoon, and sailing monohulls between 42-48 feet from Beneteau. They will all be new yachts, produced in 2024, so they are as fresh from the shipyard as any boat could ever be when you step foot on these spotless yachts for the first time.

St Martin is an island in the Caribbean Sea about 93 nautical miles east of the British Virgin Islands. It has two sides, a French side and a Dutch side (spelled Sint Maarten).

Our base will be in Marigot which is on the French side. This side of the island is known for its European architecture and historical sites. It also offers the typical Caribbean tropical vibes, with a lively nightlife, including carnivals, excellent sandy beaches, and beautiful untouched nature. If that sounds good, keep reading.

We want to share this exciting journey with you, our valued charter guest, and show some appreciation to you for choosing us. Therefore, we offer the same discount for all Caribbean departures including St. Martin, so you can get up to 40% off your St. Martin yacht charter when you book before the end of February.

Whether it’s your first time on a yacht or you have sailed with us before, we can’t wait to be a part of your Caribbean sailing journey in 2024 and welcome all new and recurring charter guests onboard our yachts in the British Virgin Islands, the Bahamas, and St. Martin.
